Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
- Products must show only normal handling and must not be damaged through misuse.
- Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean before being returned.
- Defective items must be reported immediately after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Returns
As Claire & Colette works with international fulfillment partners, all approved returns are processed through our overseas returns facility. Please do not send your package back without first contacting our Customer Care team. We will provide the correct return address after your request has been approved.
Approved returns may be subject to handling, restocking, or customs-related fees of up to 10% of the order value where applicable.

Once your request has been reviewed, our Customer Care team will provide the correct return instructions.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Because our fulfillment process is highly automated, orders begin processing shortly after purchase. After 12 hours, cancellation is generally no longer possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days using your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
