Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Where can I find my order information?

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email at the email address used during checkout.

If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder and add claireandcolette.customerservice@outlook.com to your safe sender list.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we're usually able to update your shipping address.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we can no longer make changes. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.


What happens if my package is lost?

Although it's uncommon, if your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Will my shipping costs be refunded if I return an item?

Why was my order canceled?

How can I cancel my order?

Because our fulfillment process is highly automated, orders begin processing shortly after they're placed.

For this reason, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.


What if I ordered the wrong item or size?

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help.

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.
